I supported CARA through a period of significant organisational change, sector reform, and digital uplift. In this role, I bridged the gap between operational teams, corporate services, and ICT, ensuring that projects were delivered with clarity, structure, and a strong understanding of business needs. I became a trusted point of coordination across multiple workstreams, helping the organisation modernise its systems, processes, and service delivery models.
