Community Accommodation & Respite Agency (CARA) — 2017 to 2018

I supported CARA through a period of significant organisational change, sector reform, and digital uplift. In this role, I bridged the gap between operational teams, corporate services, and ICT, ensuring that projects were delivered with clarity, structure, and a strong understanding of business needs. I became a trusted point of coordination across multiple workstreams, helping the organisation modernise its systems, processes, and service delivery models.

  • Led and supported multi‑stream digital and operational projects, ensuring alignment between business requirements, system capabilities, and organisational priorities.

  • Conducted business analysis and requirements gathering across diverse teams, translating operational challenges into structured project deliverables and actionable technical specifications.

  • Played a central role in the early stages of CARA’s digital transformation, helping to modernise workflows, improve data quality, and reduce reliance on manual processes.

  • Developed project documentation, process maps, and operational guides, improving clarity, consistency, and knowledge transfer across the organisation.

  • Supported the rollout of new systems and tools by coordinating testing, training, and change management activities, ensuring staff were confident and capable in adopting new ways of working.
